Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Place the sliced cucumbers, onion rings, and tomato wedges into a medium bowl or container.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, and water until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the marinade over the vegetables, making sure everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a deeper flavor.
- Give it a gentle stir before serving.
